Accurate Information:
I confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. False information may result in immediate account suspension.
Data Responsibility:
The hotel/homestay owner is solely responsible for the accuracy of guest check-in records, ID proof data, and all uploaded documents.
Legal Compliance:
The hotel agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws regarding guest registration, data privacy, and hotel operations including relevant state tourism/police acts.
Guest Data Privacy:
Guest personal data including ID proofs, signatures, and contact information will be handled as per applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
Document Authenticity:
All uploaded documents (certificates, GST/PAN proofs) must be genuine. Uploading forged documents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Platform Usage:
DigiReg is provided as a digital hotel operations tool. The platform provider is not liable for operational errors, data loss, or legal liabilities arising from its use.
Account Security:
The hotel is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
Verification:
DigiReg reserves the right to verify all submitted documents. Accounts may be placed under review or suspended pending verification.
Amendments:
DigiReg may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
